The Platinum 106178J standard modular plugs are traditional crimp WE/SS- style modular plugs for use in terminating cables in both telephone and data applications. The 106178J is a Cat6 round, solid, 3-prong conductor contact plug that has gold plated contacts that provide reliable performance and long life. It complies with FCC 68 guideline; UL listed and has a flammability rating of UL94V-2. Platinum Tools, founded in 1997, was created based upon two very simple objectives.
