Vibrant peach and tangy dried apricot aromas, with flavours of sweet, drip-down-your-chin-juicy plum & peach, accented with lightly tart apricot notes. Loaded with ripe fruit flavours, this rosé really refreshes when lightly chilled. Excellent enjoyed on its own, or a perfect pairing for barbecue.

• 7.5 Wine Base – unlabeled large bag consisting of varietal grape juice
• 1.2L Fruit Flavour Pack – foil bag labeled with flavour pack style
• Yeast Pack
• Packet #2 Bentonite – helps yeast activity and removes proteins
• Packet #3 Potassium Metabisulphite – used to prevent oxidation and improve shelf life
• Packet #4 Potassium Sorbate – used as an anti-microbial agent to prevent re-fermentation
• Fining Agents – Kieselsol (up to 2 Packages) and Chitosan (up to 2 Packages) – removes proteins, which results in a clear stable wine -instructions.
