High-performance, elastomeric clear sealant.It is UV resistant and clearer than silicone for an invisible seal. It adheres to wet or damp surfaces and has excellent adhesion to most building materials. A versatile, all purpose sealant that is ideal for a wide range of applications. Use as a crack or joint filler for interior or exterior surfaces. Ideal for sealing windows, vents, ducts, doors, metal joints, drain spouts, trim, siding, lap loints, flashing and gutter. Outstanding adhesion to vinyl, fiber cement, brick & stone, aluminum, wood, ceramic & tile, metal, concrete & masonry and most building materials. Cured sealant is mold and mildew resistant. Exterior and interior use and paintable. Tough, highly resilient joint sealant flexes with joints throughout moderate expansion/contraction movements.
